➢ Investigated eukaryotic homologous recombination.
➢ Investigated the nucleotide-dependent binding and translocation of DNA translocase, FtsK, using DNA curtains, which is a high-throughput single-molecule technique based on nanofabricated system.
➢ Examined the collisions of FtsK with other proteins (RNA polymerase, EcoRI, RecBCD, and so on).
➢ Developed a combined system of optical tweezers and DNA curtains and studied protein-DNA interaction (nucleosomes and RNA polymerase) under the mechanical strain to DNA.
➢ Developed actin filament curtains to study the formin dynamics.
